    I’m Sheena, a Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in pregnancy and post-natal fitness.

    My goal is to help you feel confident in your training through a personalised exercise plan — whether you want to lose weight, build strength, or improve your fitness.

    Sessions are held in my fully equipped private studio in Corston, near Malmesbury, where you’ll have the space entirely to yourself.

    Beyond your workouts, I’ll support you with nutrition guidance and ongoing accountability to keep you on track.

  • MY STORY

    Becoming a mum of two changed everything — not just my life, but my body too. I tried countless ways to lose weight, rebuild my confidence, and feel like myself again, but nothing really worked until I finally stepped into a gym.

    At first, I felt completely out of place. I’d quietly stick to the cardio machines, Netflix playing in the background, hoping results would come. Months passed, but my confidence stayed low, my body didn’t change as much as I’d hoped, and the idea of trying new exercises felt intimidating.

    Everything shifted when I decided to invest in a personal trainer. That one choice transformed my fitness, my mindset, and my outlook. When it came time to return to work after being a full-time mum, I knew I wanted to bring that same sense of transformation and confidence to other women.
