    Becoming a mother of two and entering a very age-specific stage reshaped not just my life but my body too. I tried many different attempts to lose weight, regain my body confidence and retain a youthful appearance, but nothing worked until I finally stepped into a gym.

     

    Yet, gripped by imposter syndrome, I would quietly stick to cardio machines, binge-watching Netflix. Months passed, my confidence remained low, my body shape didn’t alter as much as I had hoped and the idea of exploring the gym or trying new exercises felt daunting.

     

    It all changed when I invested in a personal trainer. That decision transformed my health and fitness, unexpectedly sparking a new found love for exercise. This passion led me to switch careers entirely and become a Level 3 personal trainer myself, qualified in Pre & Post-Natal exercise, nutrition, weight management, first aid, circuits, and core training.

    My commitment to you is to create a personalised training roadmap which fits with your lifestyle, to keep you accountable, and most of all make sure the gym is a fun experience. In our sessions, you should expect to feel challenged in the pursuit of your goals whilst recognising that you need to tackle whatever real life and your day has in store afterwards.
     
    Our workouts will energise and empower you for the rest of your day and get you on track for your goals - whether it’s weight loss, fitness, muscle gain, or simply boosting confidence and self-esteem.

    I run training sessions from my well equipped home studio near Malmesbury in Wiltshire. The small private studio is equipped to deal with all kinds of training, and has plenty of driveway parking. I train 1:1 exclusively so you won't have to share the gym at any time.

    1:1 personalised training in 3 easy steps

    1. When you first reach out to me, I will arrange an initial phone consultation to have a chat about your needs, goals, exercise style and timetabling your session.
      -
    2. I then offer a FREE movement consultation (lasting around 30 minutes) in my private gym where we can get to know each other a little better and have a look at some simple mobility and movement patterns. We may run through a short exercise circuit and a few physical tests to indicate areas of work. This will give us a baseline to work from and help me structure a plan which will work for you personally. Plus, its also a chance for you to ask any questions and see if this is the gym for you.

    3. After this, training with me can be as frequent or infrequent as you like but most people take advantage of 1 or 2 sessions of personal training per week to fit around work and family commitments.

    24 x 7 support

    Training together in the gym is only one part of transforming your health, and a huge part of your progress will be made in the kitchen, and in the exercise you may do outside of our sessions. In the same way, my support to you as your trainer does not end when you leave the gym. Whether you need some guidance on making the right nutrition choices or help with training by yourself outside of our sessions, I am just a call or a message away.
     
    I also offer an additional service for clients focused on weight loss or body transformation such as muscle gain. This includes regular weigh-ins, guidance on daily calorie intake, target macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats), and advice on food choices. This service can be offered separately or as part of a personal training package (pricing available upon request).

    Interested in training whilst pregnant, or just welcomed a newborn?
     
    As a certified ante-natal and post-natal personal trainer I specialise in training and supporting individuals during these phases.
     
    Many are unaware that having a personal trainer during pregnancy and the often-overlooked postnatal period is possible and that if you are in generally good health with an uncomplicated pregnancy then engaging in regular physical activity can be safe.
     
    I'm here to guide you through an exercise plan customised to your pre-natal or post-natal journey and help you make safe changes whilst establishing or maintaining a training routine.
